Shipping price will be determined during checkout based on the size of Box-Kat and destination.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened or in like-new condition. To be eligible, the item must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
