SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Box-Kat. We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring they arrive safely to your door.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United States and Canada only.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) are typically processed within 1–2 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders or an unexpected delay, we will notify you by email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via UPS from our headquarters in Stanwood, Washington (USA).
- UPS Ground (U.S.) – Estimated delivery within 1–5 business days
- UPS Next Day Air (U.S.) – Estimated delivery within 1 business day
- UPS Standard (Canada) – Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather delays, customs processing, or other carrier issues may extend transit times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your Box-Kat kit and the destination.
International Orders (Canada)
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to Canadian shipments. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Box-Kat is not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged product for inspection.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Box-Kat. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are in new or like-new condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@box-kat.com or through our Contact Page. Include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- There is no restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that show signs of installation, damage, or use beyond normal handling.
