Questions from partners
How do you know a sale came from us?
Two ways. When a customer enters your discount code at checkout, the sale is attributed to you no matter how they reached the site. When a customer clicks your referral link or scans your QR code, any purchase within 30 days is attributed to you as well. If a customer does neither, we have no way to confirm the referral, which is exactly why every partner has a discount worth using.
When and how do we get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal through our affiliate platform, after the 30-day return window on each order has closed. Your dashboard shows pending and paid amounts at all times.
Do we need to buy or stock anything?
No. You are recommending a product, not reselling it. Customers order directly from box-kat.com and we ship to them. If you would rather keep kits on hand, email michael@box-kat.com about bulk partner pricing.
What if Box-Kat is running a sale at the same time?
Your customer gets the better of the two discounts; codes and sitewide promotions do not stack. You earn your commission on the sale either way.
Is this a multi-level program?
No. You earn on your own referrals only. There is nothing to recruit and no downline.
Can we leave the program?
Either of us can end participation with 30 days' written notice. Commissions earned through the end date are paid on the normal schedule.
